Experiencing stress, anxiety and mood challenges can greatly impact ones life experience and ability to move through and overcome challenges.  Hypnotherapy has been shown to be a safe and evidence-based option to reduce symptoms.  Hypnotherapy aims to identify and address route cause/s, triggers, thoughts and behaviours whilst arming clients with increased self-awareness and coping strategies that can be used in everyday life.

In a meta-analysis of various studies researching efficacy of hynotherapy for anxiety found that the average participant treated with hypnosis improved more than about 84% of control participants.

Kate is an incredible hypnotherapist, with a genuine love and care for her clients. I went to see Kate when I was pregnant to help alleviate some feelings of anxiety and overall general mental wellbeing. She provided me with a very in depth consultation, understanding my concerns and gently digging deeper.
