The truth is trauma in life happens, big trauma and small trauma. Whilst we are 'in it' you're in survival mode, during this time we must bring in self-compassion, self-care, be ok to not be ok, to ask for help and lean on our support system and find resourceful ways to move through. The beliefs that we create about the situation, ourselves, others and the world will then either empower or disempower us in our future and this is where seeing a Hypnotherapist and Coach can support.
